Seven evening sessions to explore parenting issues together, encouraging skills that create a rhythm in life for families.
Whilst based on Christian principles, they are relevant and helpful for any parent with or without a Christian faith or church background.
The aim is to reach the whole family, through encouraging and equipping the parents, either as a partnership or those parenting on their own. Where parents do work as a partnership it is helpful for both parents to take part.
'I feel much encouraged and inspired by ideas for family time and have realised the importance of fun and security, and of family life itself.' HTB course participant

The session topics are.....
- How do families work?
- What do our children need?
- Where do we set the boundaries?
- Anger management and problem solving?
- What is our long term aim?
Nicky Lee is an Associate Minister at Holy Trinity Church, Brompton. Together with his wife Sila, they have worked with couples and families for over 17 years and speak regularly on parenting. They are co-authors of "The Marriage Book" and are currently writing a book on parenting.
Each evening will begin with an audio-talk, followed by an opportunity to discuss issues raised in smaller groups. It's a great way of empowering parents and giving us the confidence to be the parents that God has called us to be.
